About

Forecasting without deal insight is guesswork.

Sellercraft exists to close the giant disconnect between forecast calls and what’s actually in CRM. We automate the cadence so behavior changes, not just the dashboard, and so every inspection becomes an honest assessment of how aligned a deal is to your proven sales process.

The problem we kept seeing

Forecast calls became theater. Reps recited stage names, managers nodded, and the number that came out the other side bore no relationship to what was actually happening on the deals. CRM hygiene improved every quarter, and forecast accuracy didn’t.

The missing piece wasn’t another dashboard or AI summary. It was scheduled, structured inspection: asking the right questions on the right deals at the right time, then capturing the answers in a way you could compare, score, and trend. Inspection done as a business practice, not as an act of will. And the question every inspection is really answering: how aligned is this deal to the sales process you’ve invested in?

What we believe

Behavior change is the point.

Better reporting doesn’t move the number. Different conversations on different deals do. We measure ourselves on whether your reps and managers run a different week, not on whether your dashboards look prettier.

Discipline beats heroics.

The best sales orgs run a tight cadence. They don’t depend on a few star reps to close the quarter. They apply a proven process every week, on every deal of meaningful size.

Process alignment is the question worth answering.

Stage moves and close-date changes are real signals. They’re just thin ones. The richer signal, the one we weight most, is a scored seller answer to a methodology-aligned question. Every inspection is really an assessment of one thing: how aligned is this deal to the sales process you’ve invested in? That’s the question we help your team answer, deal by deal, week by week.

Managers should multiply, not chase.

When inspection is automated, managers stop chasing reps for updates and start coaching the conversations that move deals. One manager can run a tighter book over more reps without losing fidelity. That’s the multiply the manager half of the brand promise.

How we got here

Sellercraft was built by RevOps and sales-leadership veterans who lived inside the forecast-CRM gap for years. Every feature in the product comes from a meeting where someone said: “If we just had a cleaner way to ask this on every deal, we’d be done arguing.”

The product is intentionally narrow. We integrate deeply with Salesforce and HubSpot, we don’t try to replace your CRM, and we don’t bolt on features that don’t serve the cadence. Simplicity and control are the brief.
